We ship from Antwerp, Belgium.
We ship with DPD inside Europe, Outside Europe we ship with BPost or PostNL.
At Horseworldeu, we do our best to dispatch all available items to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible we dispatch the same day. When an ordered item is not in stock we will send you an email so you can decide if you want to wait, want to look for an alternative or cancel the order.

We are not liable for custom duties when goods are being shipped outside Euope.
You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame in a saleable condition, unused with garment tags attached.

Goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.
How to return Goods:
Contact us and we will issue you with a Code which must be stated clearly on the returned package.
We will also provide you with the returns adress.
Returned goods are posted at your own expense.
