Returns

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt of your order. 
The item has to be in the same condition as you bought it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. We will not accept cloting returned with make – up marks, horse hair or other stains.
Don’t put shipping labels on the boxes because we can’t sell the product without original packaging.
If you want to exchange for another size please let us know.
To return you can contact us at contact@horseworldeu.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without contact about a return will not be accepted.

The shipping costs we paid will not be refunded to you and if you want a return shipping label we will also deduct the cost of that from the refund.
If you return an order from outside Europe there will be a charge of € 50 because of handling costs for customs.
The following items can’t be exchanged or refunded :
-    Helmets
-    Safety stirrups
-    Giftcards
-    Made to measure orders
-    Personalised orders 
-    Sales items
-    Saddles
If the return was approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method after inspection of the return.
