Beris loose ring snaffle with tongue port bar ring 6 cm hard
- The tongue port bar has a specially flattened shape to the port. This means the tongue has an optimum amount of room. Many horses respond to this with improved suppleness and increased chewing. This bit is also very well suited to horses that play with their tongues, trying to put the tongue over the bit, as the port effectively prevents this. Therefore this bit is eminently suitable for horses that do not tolerate conventionally shaped bits due to the pressure on the tongue and react with head-tossing and the like. The loose ring means a greater mobility of the bit in the mouth. This snaffle bit is therefore a bit for horses that prefer a "more mobile" bit in their mouth. The ring runs very evenly in the copper sockets and, due to the better durability, increases the working life of the bit considerably.
Height of the tongue port 30 mm, mouthpiece thickness 18 mm
