Free Irish Shipping & Returns
When you spend €85 we offer not only free shipping but free returns. All Returns must arrive back with us within 14 days from day of delivery to you. In very exceptional circumstances we may accept a return from 14-28 days for Gift Voucher only.
How this works?
Option 1 : Return for Refund
Simply Email or Message us with your order number and a day or time that suits you, and we get DPD to pick up your return. Refunds are normally done within 2-3 working day of them getting back here, but please allow up to 7 days before querying. Package up the item and remove all old labels, marking it "horseworld"
Will I get a full refund ?
- When your returned items are deducted from your original order , if the order is still over €85 then you will get a full refund.
-When your returned items are deducted from your original order , if the order falls below €85 then you will get a full refund Less €6.99 for original Shipping.
We wish we could do all shipping and returns for free, but its just not possible so we heavily subsidise the rates to try and keep it to a minimum
- During very busy times e.g. After Black Friday or January we reserve the right to refund within 28 days.
Option 2 : I want a different Item.
Orders under €85
Simply Purchase your new item and purchase a "Collection" - we will then pick up your returning item when the new one is delivered for a full refund
Orders Over €85
Simply purchase a new item and email or message us so that we can pick up your returning item when we deliver the new one. If your order was over €85 then this return is free of charge.
We ship Europe Wide up to a weight of 30 kg, and your carriage charge includes up to this weight, so buying as much as you like is not a problem!
We also ship internationally to a maximum of 5 kg per box.
Delivery Costs Start at €6.99 and are calculated at checkout, depending on the size and value of your order
For our European customers if your order is light and we can send it more competitively via standard mail – we will refund any saving we can make – That’s our lowest cost delivery guarantee.
Please note we cannot ship liquids, gels or pastes in the UK, EU or Internationally.
International Shipping rates are calculated on an average weight of 1 kg & will be calculated at checkout.
If your order exceeds 1 kg we will contact you for additional shipping costs. We make every effort to ship at cost and in many cases the shipping is heavily subsidised. The value of a parcel is also of concern with charges and may have an impact on the price of your shipping. We do from time to time run special promotions on the cost of delivery. We reserve the right to change these without notice. Please note carriage promotions cannot be carried out in conjunction with any other offer we may be running. In the event where we have taken an order, charged carriage and are unable to ship for the cost as set out in the shopping basket or an error in the shipping cost has been made we will immediately contact you and give you the new cost and the option to cancel the order.
At Horse-world, we do our best to dispatch all available items to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. Where possible we dispatch the same day, but please allow 3 working days for receipt of your order. If something is particularly urgent e.g. for a show, please email or call us and we will do our absolute utmost to get it dispatched urgently.
Out of Stock Items
Here at Horse-World our website is live; this means that generally only items in stock appear for sale. In the unlikely event that an item from your order is unavailable, we will dispatch those goods that are in stock and inform you of the expected date for subsequent deliveries. If an item that is out of stock is part of a set, we will hold the matching item until the entire set is available and post to you at no extra charge. We will also endeavour to inform you immediately of any shortages.
Horse-World shall not be liable for any delay, failure, suspension or termination of delivery of any product or service arising out of a force majeure event. A force majeure event shall include, without limitation, failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks, or industrial action affecting Horse-World or Horse-World Ltd. its suppliers, service providers, partners or agents.

Or return to our store. All items must be in pristine condition with all tags and labels still attached. There are some items which we are unable to accept returns on, and these are in the product description. These include Riding Hats, Riding Skulls, White Jodhpurs, Veterinary Items and Supplements.
Please note: Your returns number is your order number and all returns must be accompanied by order number. We guarantee that any returns received via DPD with correct order number will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days, but we will try and have it done within 48 hours of receipt by us of the return.
In the unlikely event that an item reaches you in less than perfect condition or fails to in any way meet your high standard of expectation; we will refund or replace the item for you free of charge. Simply ensure that the item is in its original packaging with all labels still intact. Please note: Certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, resulting in apparent colour variations shown in the catalogue and on the website. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide. Please contact us before returning any faulty items as we may be able to resolve via pictures or email.
