The Charles Owen's eLumen8 helmet is a traditional helmet with a shiny look. The helmet meets the latest technology and safety requirements. The eLumen 8 helmet from Charles Owen has 4 ventilation holes and the chin closure can be attached with one hand due to the magnet incorporated into it. The center panel has glitter and the rest consists of a leather look outer fabric

The eLumen is available in black and navy with black, navy, silver or gold sparkle. The helmet also has 2 different shapes. 1 for people with a round head (size 56-59) and one for people with an oval head (size 54-59). This is ideal and ensures that the Charles Owen helmet has an even better fit. Feel free to visit the store to view the different options and colors.

We ship from Antwerp, Belgium.

We ship with DPD, Bpost or PostNL inside Europe, Outside Europe we ship with BPost.

Where possible we dispatch the same day. When an ordered item is not in stock we will send you an email so you can decide if you want to wait, want to look for an alternative or cancel the order.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame in a saleable condition, unused with garment tags attached.

Please note that the below items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Made to Measure Items

  • Bespoke items made in personalised colours

  • Sales items

Goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.

 

How to return Goods:

Contact us and we will issue you with a Code which must be stated clearly on the returned package.

We will also provide you with the returns adress.

Returned goods are posted at your own expense.
